Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged 50% of the total service charge as a deposit for the service of missed visit. Your deposit will not be refundable. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most, serving you!
Late Policy
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible prior to the appointment. Depending on the service, there is a 5-15 minute grace period. If you are outside of the grace period, you will be charged 50% of the total service charge. Your deposit will not be refundable.
Payment Policy
We require all clients to have an active card on file to ensure any cancellation or late fees can be charged.
